The number of representatives allowed to join the meetings will be dependent on the limitation set by the Ministry.

• Organisations with questions to raise to the Ministry will be prioritised to occupy seats at the front row.
• By default, EU-ABC will select the most senior representative to be seated at the front row unless otherwise specified by the organisation itself.
• Strictly no distribution of gifts.
• Strictly no distribution of flyers.
